Cards

Returns / Exchanges

Unused and unopened Greeting Cards may be returned within 5 days of receipt for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Used, opened, items on final sale, items purchased with coupon codes cannot be returned. This does not include: Semi-Custom Collection Products, Final Touches, or Custom Products. There are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for our Semi-Custom, Final Touches, or Custom items. 

 

Shipping

Items from "Greeting Cards" will be shipped 3-7 business days after product has been ordered, unless otherwise stated regarding studio closures. Salt Paper Co. is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.

 

Semi-Custom Collections

 

Purchasing + Production

  1. Select desired Semi-Custom Collation and add products to cart based on: Quantity, Paper, Suite, and Printing Method you want.

  2. Fill out Semi-Custom Collections Form, providing details/information.

  3. Add any Final Touches to cart, such as ribbons, sticker addressing, etc.

  4. Submit order + payment details.

  5. A Digital Proof of your card(s) will be sent to you via email, within 7 business days of order submission.

  6. The first revision round is included as a complimentary service. Please review the digital proof and let us know if you have any spelling / grammar edits. Layout of the chosen collection will not be modified. All edits sent by client will be transcribed exactly as written. If more changes are required, there will be a fee of $100 for additional revisions.

  7. Once the digital proof is approved, items will be sent to print. Should you have further changes after it's sent to print, there will be additional charges.

  8. Print production will take 3-4 weeks upon approval, including shipping. If there are Final Touches added to the items, the production time will increase by 1-2 weeks.

 

Colors

Colors may look different on your digital screen(s)/printer(s) than the colors we produce. Due to this, we highly recommend purchasing samples of our Collection to make sure you're getting the color you want.

 

Handmade Paper

Handmade paper is uniquely and intrinsically made, so they may not look "exactly" the same to one another. There thicknesses, sizes, and colors may be varied, since each sheet is individually made by hand, rather than by machine.

 

Errors

Once you approve the digital proof, we are no longer responsible for any mistakes/errors found on the final product. Please make sure all spelling, grammars, punctuation, names, spacings, etc. are free of errors.

 

Rush Fee

Please let us know if you have a rush order, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note there will be an additional 20% fee from your total costs, and you will be billed separately for expedited shipping.

 

Shipping

Shipping costs for our Semi-Custom Collection will be billed separately. This cost is calculated once we complete printing and packaging your order. A separate invoice will be emailed to you, and your order will be shipped once your final invoice is paid. No orders will be shipped until payments have been paid in full. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be responsible for any loss, delay, or damage to the products. You will responsible for any custom / duties / fees.

There are no returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for our Semi-Custom or Custom items. 


aRT

All original art created by us is owned and licensed to us by us. We have the right to reproduce, publish, and display our work on print and/or digital media as we deem necessary. Unauthorized reproduction and/or modification of our work is strictly prohibited.

 

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Salt Paper Co. harmless against any and all claims, losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses, including attorney's fees arising out of, or in connection to, these terms.
